Who can participate?
Registered videographer on the web-site WEVSY.COM, who is over 18 years old.
$0 for all categories.
Free for Pro account members.
Only for users from Austria, Germany, Liechtenstein, Switzerland.
What kind of videos should be submitted?
Only video fully complying with the description and specifications of the category is allowed to participate in the Contest.
Technical requirements
For participation in the Contest video preliminary is uploaded to video-hosting Youtube or Vimeo. In the uploading video form to the category the link indicated to a video at an appropriate video hosting. It is desirable to upload video of HD-quality. Screenshot should be uploaded to each video which gives an idea about video content. Screenshots with logo are banned. It is forbidden to upload videos with your own name and logos.
Which videos are forbidden?
Video is not allowed to participate in the Competition if it contains inappropriate or unethical content included in the list of restrictions adopted in internet or not corresponding to the traditional standards of the wedding video. Every video can be deleted from Contest with accordance of decision of WEVSY.COM and this decision can not be discussed.
It is possible to add to one category several videos?
No.
What is the procedure of judging?
There are 5 judges who are a responsible for each category and have access to rate video only in their category. After announcement of the beginning of voting each member of jury can watch video and vote using 10-point scale. Rates compliance to the category, the video quality, the wow-factor, the overall impression. Rating can be changed during voting period.
When judges finish the voting, super-judges start to vote. Super-judges look through all the categories but rate only 5 videos in each category which reached maximum points after main judging process.

Which prizes will the winners receive?
Winners of three main categories will get special statuettes.
All the winners will get diplomas of the Contest and distinctive marks in their profiles and Pro account for the year.
How to get the prize?
Prizes and special awards will be shipped by mail to the Winners. Diplomas for Winners will be send by e-mail for printing or for publishing on web-sites.
Does the winning influence on videographer's rating in the local Contest?
No.

Participating in the Contest you agree with all mentioned rules. You also guarantee that you are the author of all videos which you upload and not any 3-rd person has nothing against it.
