Mr Handa's 90th Birthday

In early February we had the pleasure of filming the 90th birthday party of Mr Roshan Lal Handa, founder of the Cairn Hotel Group. An incredible man with an amazing life-story. He moved to the UK from India with very little, but through hard work and determination he managed to build and grow an empire, which now consists of over 40 hotels nationwide. This 1920s Great Gatsby themed event was held at Mr Handa’s first hotel, the Royal Station Hotel in Newcastle.
