Ohana . Destination wedding in Tuscany . at

We received and email asking us for availability to go shoot a wedding in one of our bucket list places for weddings - Tuscany area in Italy, in a lovely venue called Castello di Petrata.
After a couple of emails and video calls we were set. We were going to fly from Portugal to Italy to shoot this wedding, which was going to be not only on Saturday when the actual ceremony was going to take place, but also the day before when they were having a welcome dinner for their friends and family with homemade Gnocchi made by them and then the day after with a pool party and a barbecue to end the weekend. Also, we were to go with them to Siena as well, since it was in Siena that they got to know each other and we wanted to also tell this part of their story.

We also had the chance to revisit Rome and to go to Cinqueterre the days after the wedding, but I'll leave it for a next time.

Hope you enjoy the video, we were amazed by the emotions of their wedding days, and we got goosebumps when we understood the power and the meaning that Ohana has for them. This was more than a union between a couple, this was a union of their friends and families.
