This proposal has to be the proposal of the year. Set at the majestic Chateau Vaux le Vicomte the couple were brought in by private helicopter from Paris only to have the most extravagant proposal I have seen, all designed and orchestrated by the talented Jean Charles from Sumptuous Events Paris.
