For participation in the Contest video preliminary is uploaded to video-hosting Youtube or Vimeo. In the uploading video form to the category the link indicated to a video at an appropriate video hosting. It is desirable to upload video of HD-quality. Screenshot should be uploaded to each video which gives an idea about video content. Screenshots with logo are banned.

Video is not allowed to participate in the Competition if it contains inappropriate or unethical content included in the list of restrictions adopted in internet or not corresponding to the traditional standards of the wedding video. Every video can be deleted from Contest with accordance of decision of WEVSY.COM and this decision can not be discussed.

In jeder Kategorie gibt es 5 Juroren, welche für eine Kategorie verantwortlich sind und nur in deren Kategorie Zugriff auf die Bewertung von Videos haben. Nach Bekanntgabe des Abstimmungsbeginnes kann jedes Jurymitglied ein Video ansehen und auf der 10-Punkte-Skala abstimmen. Bewertet wird die Einhaltung der Kategorie, die Videoqualität, der Wow-Faktor und der Gesamteindruck. Die Bewertung kann während des Abstimmungszeitraums geändert werden.

Wenn die Juroren die Abstimmung beendet haben, beginnen die Super-Juroren mit der Abstimmung. Super-Juroren sehen sich alle Kategorien an, bewerten jedoch nur jene Top 5 Videos in jeder Kategorie, die nach dem Hauptbewertungsprozess die maximale Punktzahl erreicht haben.

Winners of main categories will get special statuettes. Alle Gewinner erhalten Urkunden des Wettbewerbs und Vermerke in deren Profilen sowie Pro account für das Jahr.
