Elopement in the mountains, Portugal

This day was ALMOST perfect.
We woke up really happy! It was a beautiful day, we were going to be among friends and we had a huge wish to get back to work.
It was the first time that we filmed and photograph at the same time. We wanted to create a beautiful symbiosis between video and photography. As we love to use the sound of the camera in our videos, we tried to photograph a little "more seriously" on this day. :)
Although we still prefer to film, it's always good to try other things. Don't you agree?
The light was really golden and Filipa & Afonso have such a beautiful chemistry to be filmed / photographed, that we were very excited. In addition, we are fans of elopements. Although we haven't filmed many, this idea of just taking two people to celebrate love pleases us. Especially when everything is done in such a relaxed way and with vows at sunset.
People says that happiness is only real when shared, but we don't need to do it with everyone. Sometimes ONE person is enough! :)
We filmed / photographed until the last ray of light and then… Rui's distracted spirit descended to the earth and we realized that somewhere in a dark mountain, Rui's glasses were lost….
Looking for glasses on a mountain without a single ray of sunlight can seem like a difficult task and the truth is that... it's really difficult! We couldn't find the glasses, so we decided to go home and order a pizza to comfort our hungry stomach and our humour! :)
